Programs

Four programs. One experience.

Mentorship, job skills, sports, and life skills aren't separate offerings at FYM — they're four entry points into the same long relationship. A youth might start by playing basketball and end up in a job-skills cohort. A mentor pairing might lead to a leadership capstone. Everything threads together, because that's how real life works.

How a youth flows through FYM

Connect. Engage. Empower.

Most kids stay with us for years, not weeks. Here's the long arc we're walking with them.

  1. 01Connect

We meet a youth where they already are.

On the court, in the classroom, through a referral from a parent or partner. The first step is always relational, never paperwork.

  2. 02Engage

We pull them into the right program — and then the next.

Sports might come first; mentorship follows. Job skills layers on top. Each program reinforces the others over months and years.

  3. 03Empower

    We hand them the lead.

Capstones, peer mentoring, leadership projects, first jobs. The goal isn't graduation — it's a young adult who can now walk with the next kid.
