Life Skills Classes
Conflict, money, decisions, leadership — taught for real life.
Overview
Intense, transformative experiences in conflict resolution, money management, decision making, community leadership, and personal development.
Life Skills Classes are short, intense, and unforgettable. We tackle the topics adults wish they'd learned at 15: how to handle conflict without blowing up or shutting down, how money actually works, how to make decisions you can live with.
Each cohort closes with a community leadership project — youth-led, youth-owned. They graduate with a notebook full of frameworks and a story of something they built with their peers.

A real story
From someone who walked it out.
“My daughter found a family at FYM. She comes home talking about decisions, money, leadership — things we couldn't get her to think about before.”
