Our Story
Florida Youth Mission began with a simple observation: too many young people in our communities lacked access to the mentorship, resources, and faith-based support they needed to thrive. What started as a small group of volunteers hosting weekend programs at a local church has grown into a statewide movement.
From our earliest days, we knew that sustainable change required more than one-time events. We built year-round programs that meet youth where they are — in their schools, neighborhoods, and churches. Through summer camps, after-school mentoring, and community service projects, we create consistent touchpoints that build trust and foster growth.
Today, Florida Youth Mission serves hundreds of young people across the state. Our programs have expanded to include leadership workshops, service-learning projects, and youth-led community initiatives. Every program we offer is designed to help participants discover their strengths, deepen their faith, and develop the confidence to lead.
