Referrals come from teachers, neighbors, parents, coaches, and siblings — anyone who knows a young person worth walking with. The family always decides if it's a fit. We just open the door.

We pair the youth with a mentor who fits their interests and pace.

Walk with us
Weekly mentor pairing plus access to all FYM programs.

First names and a few details — that's enough.
You don't need permission from the family to reach out to us. Tell us what you know, and we'll handle the introduction with care.
We won't share your contact info. The youth and family decide if it's a fit, on their timeline. If they're not interested, that's the end of it — no follow-up, no pressure.

What Happens Next
Here's the timing you can expect.

Matching with a mentor usually happens within 2–4 weeks of that meeting.
